Terms

It goes without saying (but we'll say it anyway!) that we will meticulously fulfill our undertakings to you as set out in our website and agreed between us through all our email correspondence. We keep folder records of all emails... and assume that our clients will do the same.

We ask for a 20% deposit when people are ready to make a booking and we take all major cards.

*** We undertake to refund the whole of the deposit when a cancellation is made 31 or more days before the 1st day of the tour booking. Less than 31 days before the 1st day of the booking, we are sorry but we cannot make deposit refunds.

*** Likewise, in unavoidable circumstances, we retain the right to cancel bookings and return all monies and all deposits paid provided we do so 7 or more days before the first effective date of the booking. ***

The balance is payable on completion of the Tour.

*** Please note: enquiries become bookings only when the deposit is paid. ***
 We make our calendar and diary entries immediately following receipt of the deposit and until that moment we do not acknowledge that we have a booking ***
